Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

I'm on my second day and I've had raging diarrhea.

I've read most all comments and advise but I haven't seen anyone post this problem.

I do have IBS citrus is a particular irritant to my colon, but I read that the lemonade becomes akaline when it reaches your digestive system. I hope that true.

If anyone has some help to offer, I'd really appreciate it...I do not want to stop the program.

I also started on Monday November 7th. I am now on day 4 with no food.
Just want to tell you to hang in there. The diarrhea should start to deminish. Eventually the only time you would have it is in the morning if you are doing the salt walter internal bathing (washing the insides). Keep in mind, that if you use the Laxative tea, instead of the salt water, in the moring, then you will probably experience more episodes of diarrhea during the day. But things should get better as you go further into the fast.

I also had the diarhea, and the salt water and the tea are the cause. yesterday being day 5 I did not drink the salt or the tea. I had no problems. I have taken salt water today and have the runs, but I think that is normal for the salt. Can't stand the stuff. Tea I can do, so I may go for the next 4 days with just tea. About the fuzzy tounge, anyone else experiencing it, I don't seem to be, mine is white but not fuzzy.

Ok, about the diarrhea. Well, the good thing about doing the salt water flush, in the morning, is that you should expect it to come out in about an hour or so. So you should give yourself an extra hour, in the morning, for this event. I always get up at 5 am, drink the salt water, and by 6:15 a.m., I'm done getting it out of my system. That's the good thing about the salt water, you can predict when its coming. The tea, on the other hand, will take its sweet time and there's no telling when it wants to come out. But, it does tastes better. This is why I prefer the salt. To make it go down easier I usually warm up 8 oz. of distilled water, add the 2 teaspoons of uniodized sea salt, let the salt dissolve and then add 24oz. of room tempurature (distilled) water. I can usually gulp it down, easier.

The fuzzy tongue: My tongue is a bit fuzzy. I also noticed that my teeth feel like they have all of this tarter on them and my tongue is also white. That's from the drink. I my many experiences, doing this MC fast, this has always happened to me. No to worry, after the ten days, when you finally switch to the OJ and then slowly into regular foods, it starts to dissappear. The healthy, pink color will make its return.

i dont know if i am doing something wrong but i have been on this cleanser for five days and the only way i had a bowel movement is that i have had to boil hot water and drop like 8 senna laxative tablet it in and drink it when the pills have dissolved, the salt water have done nothing and drinking this cleanser stuff have not worked.
so please tell me if i am doing something wrong
