Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

OK. So, I am new to this forum, so hey everyone
I am on what would be day 4 but I am calling it day 1 since I cheated yesterday. I was feeding my 16 month old and just couldn't help but to help her eat it. And of all things, it was Ramon noodles! Nothing worth breaking your diet over. So far, this cleanse hasn't been so bad for me though.
I am interested in hearing about everyones journeys and hoping that will keep me motivated. I really would like to do at least 21 days of this.

I posted this to someone else: once you feel like eating, remember that those food you crave is not leaving this world anytime soon. After Day 10, there is still going to cake, cheeseburger, fries, shrimps, and any food you want to have. Those things are not leaving this world. It's not like you are never going to see those food again. Just give your stomach a break, and after the diet, if you are still craving those delicious food (which I'm sure you are not going to), you can always get it.
