BLEH!
hehe, I've been aching to do another MC cleanse since my first.. (lasted over 30 days)
Yet I could never make it happen... I know I've hit those limits yet again where I just feel horrible.. my body feels taxed.. my metabolism has rev'd back up to 150 % since my last fast but it's time to do another fast to maintain my results.
Since my last fast I have become Vegan (digest no animal products at all (butter/milk/cheese/fish/honey)
I was determined to fast.. I was determined to go vegan.. and now I am determined to finally do a maintenance fast of AT LEAST 1 week.. my job is highly physical. so I will do the best that I can.
My only issues are... I would love to use something other then Maple syrup, simply because I just done eat sugar.. and I dont think syrup is best.... If I could sub it with coconut water instead I would be thrilled.... not sure how great the results though...... (any ideas would be welcome)
Through my transition to vegan I ate too many wheat/yeast = bread products.. and fel an unease about my body perhaps too high in regards to candida... any helpful info would be appreciated.
well I hope to start soon... omg.. im more nervous now then I was before my first MC fast
