Good luck on your first cleanse. Let me know if I can give any help or advice-- not that I'm an expert, but going through it for a second time, I may be of some help. One thing I can tell you is that trying to loose 15 pounds in 10 days is maybe not the right way to look at it. Sure, you will loose some weight in 10 days, but there's no magical guarantee how much will come off, and you have to factor in that some of it is water weight and will come back on whenever you come off the cleanse. I just don't want you to set unrealistic expectations for yourself and feel disappointed! Last cleanse, I weighed everyday, and as many people on the forums will tell you, your mood about the cleanse can feel tethered to your weight. This time around, I decided not to weigh at all until at least day 7, and I'm having a really easy, positive cleanse. You aren't a number on the scale-- you're your whole body, inside and out-- remember that!
