Hope your day is going well. All you must say to yourself is one day at a time.

My attitude towards food has NOT changed at all. I feel the same, and it's unfortunate that I don't feel like the majority do, not being able to feel the same about food as before. I wish I were in that category, but I'm not. NO, I am not craving raw food. Ha, that is the funniest thing I read today. I did eat my vegetables like a good girl but it did not make me NOT want the chocolates that were sitting on the counter. I just told myself that it didn't honor my body and that was that. So basically, there is no magic solution. You just have to handle it one day at a time, one meal at a time, and so forth. Hang in there!

Am on day 18, You may be right about the raw food, i can picture you with the chocolate on the counter! hahahaha, what can honestly replace the taste of Cadbury chocolate for me? hmmm, i should stop, otherwise my MC may be compromised today. You are right, when i ease-out in 22 days, the plan will be one meal at a time. Thanks. Good luck with the vegetables.

Yes, raw food will NEVER take the place of chocolates! Whoever says that is LIAR!!!!!!! Then again, I haven't reached enlightenment. You may though, Jam!
