Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

So today, I'm starting the Master Cleanse. I've done several small ones including a couple of 21 dayers a 50 dayer and my longest a 56 day cleansing. YES!!! Doable! Easy? Heck NO! But it's all in your mind and will power. This cleanse I'm going until I don't feel like it anymore. I'm at a healthy weight so I'm not looking at weight loss so much as just cleansing. I loaded up on tea last night and this morning. No salt water flush today as I had to be at work early. Had a liter of water already including 2 glasses of the LA. I added an extra spoon of the maple syrup and yummy yummy. So, wish me luck and I will be happy to partner up with some of yous. Take care and have a happy ALOHA FRIDAY!!

So far so good. It's afternoon here in Hawaii. No cravings yet or any headaches. Going to the Zumbathon tonight and shake my booty for 2 hours, so help me God.
