Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

Before doing the cleanse I had a bowel movement probably every 2-3 days. After the cleanse it's every 1-2 days and sometimes 2 times per day. My feces before the cleanse was pretty solid and more dark, but now it's really soft, lighter in color and has a much stronger odor. Maybe it has to do with my diet, since I'm eating mostly vegetables, fruits, and nuts now. Has anyone else experienced this? I assume this means my body is more healthy and this is how it should be?
