Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

Hi Fellow Cleansers,

I'm back for another round of the MC. I initially had knee surgery, which began my weight gain, and because of my limited mobility, have been able to lose weight at such a slow rate. I know, this should not be just about weight loss, but for me it is and it's my journey. Whoever does not like that this is about weight loss for me, with all due respect, do not respond to my posts. Anyone else who wants to be supportive, encouraging, and motivating, your responses are welcome!

My stats today are as follows:

Day 1
SW: 179.8
CW: 179.8
GW: 145
lbs loss from yesterday: 0
SWF: yes (32 oz)
Gym: full body weight workout, elliptical machine 40 mins, abs

I confess that weight loss is the ultimate goal for me, too. Everything else is just a side benefit.

Weight loss (at least for me) is such a personal thing. I can't remember a time that I didn't dread having to step on that scale at home or at the doctor's office.

At the end of the day you're the only one who can decide what's best for you. Best wishes on your journey!

Texaslove, thanks for responding. You're right, weight loss is such a personal thing and everybody's journey is different. As long as there are people on this forum to encourage each other, I know we can all be successful. Good luck and stop by anytime to say hi!

I am so glad you started this post. I am also hoping to jumpstart my weightloss. I have 60 pounds to loose. I have found that loosing weight after having kids is one of the HARDEST things in the world to do so I'm hoping this will give me a boost.
