SO I FINISHED THE DIET!!!BREAKING IT WAS THE HARDEST PART

So I did the diet for 19 days...broke it today with orange juice all day...mmmmmmm but I think I did something wrong, I had a little tiny peace of bread...I just couldn't help it, I WAS SOOOOOOOOOO HUNGRYYYYY...Is this mortal? I am doomed now? Help.

I lost about 14 to 15 pounds. Did not lose as much as I wanted. I am not sure if part of it was the anxiety of not being able to eat. I think that makes a big difference. In addition, I believe I was not that overweight, and as I checked 58kgs is about right for my height 5'4. I guess nature is wise, I was about 65kgs about 145lbs. now 130/31. I am really happy with these results I just hope I don't gain the weight back, at least too soon

congrats on the weight loss.
I think breaking it is the easiest thing to do. Eating is the easiest thing to do no earth. So just eat all you want. Did you gain the weight back?
