Today is probably the worst day in my MC history... the whole day i've had to put up with images of foods.. i'm still hungry, and i watched Mc D on tv ads, my sister cooked fried rice with prawns (i cheated and went to smell them, it was a nice smell
), the kitten's food smelled nice too... no idea what is happening to me.. temptation is great, more than i encountered in my 1st MC. My sense of smell is so acute these days... Oh God, pls help me make it through...
Passed a lot of BM as well, i wonder how much my current weight is. I really hope i''ve lost at least 5 pounds so far. Will go to the scale on day 10 or 11. I'm thinking of my Cadbury chocolate in the fridge, hmmm.. and fried chicken.. hmm.. ok, i need to stop!
P.S Lilou, i don't go to any Zumba classes, i bought the dvds and just follow what they do on screen (very easy to follow). But it's still fun though - the exercizes have been designed for the whole body, so if u really stick to it, u will eventually lose all those unwanted fats (in my case, i'm kinda lazy at times, so right now i'm making up to it). The music is fun to listen to as well!
P.P.S Jam, ur right abt the tummy thingy. That's where one of my biggest problems lies. I have a bulging tummy - and on top of that, big thighs! I hate the way they look. Last nite i dreamt that i had slim thighs - it was a nice dream, until i woke up to realize that it was just a dream!
