Here I go!! Day one of my cleanse. I'm feeling okay, but I really want to eat candy and it would have been nice to have had my typical cup of coffee this morning....ugh!!!

My secretaries think I'm crazy for going on the fast and are making fun of me cause I'm already in really good shape, but their comments motivate me more. We'll see how I do.

I'd appreciate anyone's words of encouragement!!!
