Second Round of the MC

A few weeks ago I did a 10 day MC, and was very pleased with the results, inside and out

I'm back for the second MC, starting today. I didn't want to drink the tea or do the SWF at all today bc my stomach has been upset and it's flushing out on it's own :shock:

I'm not sure how many days I will stay on it, but am definately doing a minimum of 10, hope to make it past it, let's see how I feel when I get there!!!

SW:164(will only weight myself again on the 10th day)

Hi sista, it's good to see u back on MC again! How are u feeling today? I hope all is well for u and keep us posted or ur progress. We can compare notes if only to motivate each other. :wink:
