yeah - day 5!! Who'd of thunk it!!!
I'm so proud of myself for lasting this long. To be honest I'm really looking forward to freshly juiced OJ on day 11 and then veggie soup on day 12 ( ease out days)! I don't want to get ahead of myself though
cause I know I still have 5 to go. Doing this cleanse has envoked in me and reminded me of the kind of willpower and stick to it-ness that I always new I had, I just forgot evidentally
. But seriously, its been hard, no doubt. I am hungry but find things to do. I was actually pretty much couch ridden up till mid day 3 when I finally got up and started doing stuff. I haven't stopped since ...lol. I have been experiencing some real bad pins and needles throughout my lower back, buttocks and upper thigh area that I'm told and have been advised my fellow MCer's is my body de-toxing, that being major organs, etc. I'm no alcholic but I have been drinking alot of wine over the last 5 years and I'm sure my liver is just going nuts gettin all the toxins out. I read an amazing thing on a facebook MC site where this individual actually said she woke up drunk on the 3rd night of her cleanse (cause I guess she drank quite excessively) and by 11am the next morning she said she was 'hungover' ... freaky. Come to think of it, the first nights sleep after doing the cleanse for one whole day, I woke up to go to the bathroom and was really really groggy and stubbled to the bathroom and thought to myself , geez, this feels like I'm drunk. Then having read that I was like , wow
. So anyway ... no real desire to enduldge in wine and no real cravings for any particular food so that good. Pain seems to be subsiding somewhat so I'm hopeful by tommorrow , day 6 it will disipate. Just wanted to report half way through the cleanse and doing pretty darn good. Wish me luck for the final 5 days fellow MCer's. Who knows though, I haven't discounted continuing the cleanse when i return to work, but omitting the darn saltwater flush cause i just can't be ball and chained to a toilet for 3 hours!!!
