I have to say...i didnt think i could do this. Im sooo proud of myself that I have to share. I am on day 8 - doing sooooo well on MC. But I have to admit I was a little weary of surviving the Monday Night Football appetizers at my house. Husband usually invites his buddies and they all loooooooove my cooking..so we usually put together a nice appetizer spread, etc. Boy..was I tempted! I wont share the menu - dont wanna make anyone else hungry. But i made it!!! I

Am on day 17, have 23 more days to go, i take it one day at a time, and realised the MC is not just physical thing, the mental aspect plays a bigger role. How many days left for you? do you feel any changes?
