This is day #11 -----I feel wonderful---- How is everyone doing!!!!!

I am already seeing a difference in my clothes!!!!! My challenge to myself is to get my weight underneath 200 1bs. I am keeping God first---because He is my strenght and he keeps the lamps at my feet. ---I am wishing everyone well as we embark on this journey!!!!!!! Does anyone know of anyone that has used this fasting a a totally complete way of losing 75 or more lbs ----?? Just wondering??? ---Many blessings to each and everyone of you!!!
