Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

Hi Jam,

sorry it has been so long but I've been off the internet for a while and busy, busy, busy preparing for the end of the year.
I hope you are feeling better and that your thoughts are more positive. It's a month and a week since I stopped my cleanse and I'm at the same stop weight. Still doing the same calorie shifting and eating everything I want (in moderation), but eating healthier than I did before and ofcourse exercising 5 times a week. I know I should get on with loosing the last 18pounds but I feel better than I have done in years and I'm enjoying focusing on being happy / healthier...rather than just skinny.
It's sad that processed foods are more economical than fresh, live ones and it really annoys me that we live in this type of world. I went out to Costco for the first time this week - managed to avoid it for the 18months I've been in Tokyo but I went along with a friend and was shocked and how unbelievably cheap the bakery / processed meats etc were. I hope you manage and get to alter your diets as much as economically possible - remember a little bit is better than none at all!!!
