Anyone who did MC to lose weight and still have the weight off after a year?
I read on this website, a few people are back because they gained back the weight. Some website article said you will gain back the weight after MC
I curious anyone can keep the weight off?

YES! i did the cleanse for 33 days in 2008 . and kept it off till about 6 monuths ago. and ive just had 14 pounds creep up again! so enough.
today im on day 1 of what will be an 11 day cleanse. wish me luck.
