Do you have any tips and tools of the trade you can lend me?

Hi all

I haven't done the cleanse in a few years and always put it off. I finally decided to go for a round 2. I am only 1/2 way into my first day and want to go at least 12 days.

I wanted to hear any of your tips you have in the entire process!

This morning I had 2 teaspoons of salt water in 2 cups of cold water followed by 2 cups of cold water. It was disgusting :roll:

I do not have time to do the fresh squeezed lemons. I have the fresh organic squeezed lemon juice for the day and intend to get lemons after work but is it really bad not to have fresh lemons?

For the tea, I recall having terrible cramping from my original tea. So I purchased the Republic of Tea-Get it Going. It says a movement should occur in 6-12 hours. I am trying to figure out when the best time to take the tea. because i remember being in the bathroom in the middle of the night in pain and i become a baby without my sleep :cry:

Any tips on times to take the teas and the SWF? I took the tea and it took me abuot 2 hours to recover, although it was not painful like the tea was. I am so not a morning person , there is no way i can take the tea and SWF both at different times in the evening?

Any tips on making the SWF more tolerable?

First when you drink the SWF drink it with warm water. It helps things to come out better that way, and also doesn't taste quite as bad going down. You need to be mixing the salt in with all the liquid, not drinking plain water after you drink half the amount of salt water. After I drink it I lay on my left side (I heard this helps) for about half an hour until I stop feeling sick to my stomach. Then I get up and start getting ready for the day until I have to flush. I drink the senna tea right before I brush my teeth and get into bed. Using fresh squeezed lemons is critically important because the longer the juice has been out of the lemon, the more vitamins and minerals are lost. These are very important when you are fasting and should be used the same day you juice them as close to the time as possible. Because I am not home most the day, I use the concentrate that JTW posted awhile back, and put it in a mason jar in a lunch box with an icepack.
