Thanks Jam0775, I'm on day 3 now & OMG I'm feeling it now, but I'm going to stick with it. Jam0775, can tell me y my stomach hurts more today. I'm having difficulty drinking the SWF now; on day 1 it was ok, but I had to fight to keep it down on day 2, so on day 3 I drank the tea & not the SWF.

Am on day 32 of 40, have only 8 days to go, i actually used the lax tea in the morning and evening after the first week, so it's ok for you to switch from the SWF to the tea in the morning. The book recommends it and gives reasons why. The SWF is effective in flushing within an hour, the tea usually takes about 10-12 hours. And i understand, the SWF taste is not the best either so if the tea works best for you, continue to take it. I think the tummy aches are part of the cleanse. Good luck, you can make it.

Jam0775 I'll end my cleanse December. I feel as if I've lost weight, but I'm not going to weigh myself until Sunday; I feel great the headaches, body aches, dizziness & cravings are gone, but I still cramp due to the tea. FYI I tried to drink the SWF today, but I threw it up ugh. I hope you will still periodically check my post, because I may have a few questions. I can't wait to be on day 40. Oh how are u going to end your cleanse, what will u eat?

Hope you make it to 40 days, will say it certainly is a challenge mentally and physically. Am ending day 35, only 5 more days to go and i couldn't get myself to drink the lime juice, have been taking mostly water. As of now, i plan to drink orange juice for the first 5 days after day 40. Haven't decided what soups to take, but i have written down a couple of recipes from this forum. Good luck.

OMG I have tried to post for few days & wasn't able to wow!
Well I've lost 16 lbs as of Mon., but I've been hungry more often, and I have acne, which I never had as a teen and I hate it. I wanted to stay on this cleanse until 40 days, but my mind isn't allowing me to, so I'll end my journey on day 20.
I want to thank you Jam0775 for your help & I wish that I had your willpower; you have done a great job & I'm proud of u!! I'm ecstatic that I've completed 12 days & I'll continue 8 more days to reach my 20 days
