Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

I am going to start the MC Nov 1st...is their anyone out there doing the cleanse working the graveyard shift

Hey fstarr,

Am on day 26 of 40, i work 5:00pm to 7:00am and sometimes 7:00pm to 7:00am, i have managed to take most of my lemonade at home before i get to work and take the Lax tea while at work. Though on some occasions , i would take my last glass while at work and then the lax tea an hour later.
The only thing that i can assure you is that you will have frequent BR visits at work, that's the only problem i encountered, if you have the type of job where you have to be in one place for long period of time, it may be a problem but if you have flexibility then the MC will go smooth, you can make it. Good luck when you begin the MC.

Thnks for the info on graveyard... Also I travel alot does anyone know of a brand of distilled water sold in airports or a good portable filtered water bottles brand.. Thnks
