The tea and swf did NOT make me go to the bathroom! Any suggestions???

If you drink two glasses of water in the morning before your SWF that should loosen things up enough to pass... Not enough water consumption is the leading factor to not having bowel movements and it serves the purpose of helping the toxins leave your body via though bowel movements and sweating... Some have also increased the amount of sea salt to the formula...

I didn't ease in at all I definitely don't drink enough water either! I really want this to work. I am starting on Monday.

How many days are you planning for? would advise you to read the Stanley's-Master Cleanse book again during the weekend, will help you so much on how to have a successful experience on the MC.

Am ending day 33, have 6 more days to go.

Did SWF work for you before?
If it never did then you want to play with the salt amount... some people has to take 1 tablespoon of salt before it works.

Take more laxtive tea. I don't remember for sure but I think you can take up to 4 bags of tea each day.
Grind up some lemon skin with your lemonade drink to help with BM.
Also do 1/2 hour of exercise to assist your intestive move things along.
For my body, I drink more water and it does it for me.

This is my first cleanse. I am thinking 10 days? I am for sure going to pick up the book today. I am starting Monday November 1st. I've tried to do the SWF twice and it hasn't worked.

Am on day 34, only 6 days to go,
Take the SWF on an empty stomach in the morning when you wake up on monday morning.
If you can't stand the taste or keep it down, then switch to the Lax tea morning and evening. That has helped me throughout the MC.
