Tomorrow is go day!

Tomorrow is my day 1! I'm excited/nervous. Any tips or advice is greatly appreciated! I know this will be hard, but I am ready for the outcome! I would like to lose 15lbs. Possible?!? Thank you all!!!

Tomorrow is my Day One, also. The only advice that I have is this: if it's at all possible, get rid of any food that you have in your house! :lol:

The first three days, your body is just screaming for food, but if you can hold on then the rest of the time is fairly easy.
15 pound weight loss is definitely possible. I cleansed for 8 days awhile back, and lost about 12 pounds in that time.

Good luck breathe8118, Im also on my first day...so far so good, however my lil man is calling for lunch

I know for me, a moma of three there is no way I can keep the fridge empty. My advise would be try to stay as busy as possible. The key for me the first time was to keep my mind off it...somedays are going to be much tougher then others, so be reminding yourselves why your doing it and try and stay motivated and busy!!

Hi Spice...thanks for the encouragement! I'm feeling down right now because I just weighed myself. I hate it. Weight changes my life so much. It's about 2:50 and I haven't had any lemonade yet...I guess I should.

We sure are Mae! Today is day 2...I am a bit tired and still have a headache

I really just want a cup of coffee! I'm a little hungry and definitely didn't drink enough lemonade yesterday...only about 12 ounces. We will see what today brings!
