Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

Today is day 1 of this master cleanse journey. I would like this to be a jump-start before the holidays/new year. I'm a lifetime weight watchers member but definitely want to do a cleanse to get rid of the junk and revitalize myself. I've done the master cleanse before for 18 days, but with patience, perserverance and lots of meditation, I'm hoping to complete a 30 day cleanse. For right now, it's 1 day at a time. Everyday I'm going to wake up, do what I need to do and not put too much pressure on myself and not overthink things. I've done this before and I know I can do it again.

Exercise: No (I won't exercise until day 3)

Today is day 1 for me too! Want a cleansing buddy? I am dropping off earlier than you...but would be in it for the first leg!

So this is probably the 14th cleanse I have undertaken. I am not doing this for weight loss (though I wouldn't mind dropping a few pounds)...but am more interested in re-setting my body. I feel toxic.

I started today too. I am going for at least 10 days...maybe more. I will stop when I hit my goal weight. I have a headache today...probably from lack of caffeine. I want to be able to do this! I am exercising today and will through out. I really need this!
