Today is day 1 of this master cleanse journey. I would like this to be a jump-start before the holidays/new year. I'm a lifetime weight watchers member but definitely want to do a cleanse to get rid of the junk and revitalize myself. I've done the master cleanse before for 18 days, but with patience, perserverance and lots of meditation, I'm hoping to complete a 30 day cleanse. For right now, it's 1 day at a time. Everyday I'm going to wake up, do what I need to do and not put too much pressure on myself and not overthink things. I've done this before and I know I can do it again.
Day 1 SW: 176.8 CW: 176.8 SWF: yes LA: 6 cups Water: 5 cups Exercise: No (I won't exercise until day 3)
