Question about SMOOTH MOVE Laxative Tea

This is my question about the tea, I keep seeing where people take the laxative tea in the morning and night. On the directions of Smooth Move... it says only 1 cup within 24 hours. Is it okay to take it in the morning and evening?

When i was on my 2nd MC previously, I took the Lax tea both morning & nite, but it wasn't Smooth Move. So i wouldn't know what Smooth Move suggests or don't suggest. But if it says take it only once a day, then u can take Smooth at nite, and the SWF in the morning. Or maybe u wanna try change it to other Lax tea. Good luck.
