This is my first time cleansing and today is my day 13! I've been weighing these few days but the figure doesn't seem to lower down anymore, which i dont understand why since i've been following everything since day 1.
Maybe this cleanse doesn't work for my system anymore? But i felt great and a lot healthier. I guess i will continue my diet by controlling my calories and exercise after the cleanse.
Anyway i'm gonna quite on day 15 and i am wondering what kind of vegetable soup can i make. Can anyone who have tried the cleanse share their vegetable soup recipe?
Are we allowed to eat up the ingredients of the soup?
