Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

ok last time i was here i was trying to join the navy and i needed to drop a few lbs. well i kinda lost sight of what i was trying to accomplish. So im trying it again. I'm goin on the mc to cleanse my body to help with my diet and its a plus i lose a few pounds on the cleanse. I'm going to start the cleanse next sunday 9/28 and end on the 12/16.
my overall goal is weight 153 or 33% body fat
