Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

Sooo...this is day 8 for me on the MC...and so far I have lost 10 pounds. I am trying to go for 30days...but its so hard when Thanksgiving is next week and family is coming in town! I need a buddy!

Is anyone else in this predicament?

Will be on fasting too during the Thanksgiving festivities! Temptation everywhere, the Ads, the commercials! Wow, the Turkey sure looks good in those pictures! However, i will add that your motivation for starting the MC should keep you focused. I can be one of your MC buddies, am a mother with two kids who cooks daily and it's a challenge to see food all the time, but at the end of the day, like most people will tell you on this forum, whenever you are done, that food will be waiting for you!
Who says you can't make a thanksgiving meal after the actual day? I also understand about family coming to town,that is the tough part for next week. You have to find a polite way to be apart of the celebrations and not eat at the same time. I think if you make it past Thanksgiving day, you may be able to complete the 30 days without a problem. I am not thinking about food much these days. But I am pretty sure when Thanksgiving does come, food will be the only thing on my mind! aahhh! Only 21 days to go!

How many days are you going for?

Am on day 2 , 8 more days to go, actually sole purpose of this MC is to ease out right, i messed up about two weeks ago after a 40 day cleanse. I ate food too soon and as of yesterday i had gained 10 lbs back. Am hoping to do it right and start on juices and soup as recommended by the Book.
