Day 1-3 were fantastic, it was so easy to resist food (surprisingly). The only thing was that I had big exams so I had to stay up late-so I sorta cheated by drinking coffee to keep me awake. (Although I read somewhere that there's no weightloss difference in the end if you drink coffee) Other than that, I haven't cheated. Oh yeah, yesterday I did have a terrible headache, but I know it was because I didn't have enough of the Lemon juice mix. It was a super busy day, so I only had 2. Day 1, I had 6 cups and Day 2, I had 7.
Weight loss: Day 2: 3 pounds Day 3: 7 pounds
Question: I'm having trouble with Sea Salt though, I drink it twice and still no effect. Any tips on that?----

Day 4: Wednesday Nov 24, 2010 MC days left: 36 Height:5'6 and a half SWF: noon Smooth Move tea: none yet LJ w/Maple A: none yet Starting Weight: 210 Current Weight: 200 Workout: not yet Mood/Feeling: Feeling very energized. No headache today. Being thanksgiving break, I slept in, so that was a good recovery from my 2 study-filled/sleep deprived days. I'm planning to workout today and drink at least 6 cups of the mix. I'll keep you guys posted.
