Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

Today I started the master cleanse. I am pretty nervous about giving up food. The reason I am doing this is because I am starting the HCG diet soon and I wanted a clean filtered out body first. I need to loose about 120 pounds. I am 5'7'' with a large frame. My ideal weight should be about 150. I have tried many things before but just lost interest and gave up. We just got back from vacation and that was a deal breaker. We went to Las Vegas and my husband which is in great shape wanted to walk everywhere but I just couldn't. It was very depressing for me. I wanted to walk around with him but I just couldn't. I avoid mirrors because I don't like the way I look, I have two in my entire house and they just go from chest up. While walking around in public I am so self conscious about the way I look. I would wear hoodies and baggy jeans every day of the year if I could! Since I have gotten with my husband 4 years ago I have gained over 100 pounds. He says he loves me for the way I am. Its extremely hard for me to believe that. We also really want a baby but because I am so overweight it won't happen, my body won't allow it. I am determined this time. I am going to do this. I want my husband to have the wife he deserves. I want to become a mom.

It would be nice to do this with somebody my mom is considering it. Today hasn't really been that bad so far. I did the salt water cleanse when I woke up which worked great. Since noon I have had 6 glasses of lemonade. I am not hungry, when my belly starts to get that empty feeling I just make myself a lemonade. I am going to try and find some cayenne capsules however I think putting it in the lemonade ruins the taste. My goal as of right now is 7 days. I would love to loose 120 by christmas. I have done the HCG diet the week before my wedding 2 years ago and lost 12 pounds in one week. I also want to do this cleanse b/c it will prepare me much better for the 500 calorie a day diet I will be on for the HCG diet. Last time I did it I was miserable b/c I did not prepare myself for the 500 calories a day. My mind is in the right place. This forum will really help me. Also I watch videos on youtube of people doing the cleanse and that motivates me like crazy. Thanks for replying hope to talk to you soon
