Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

Hi I'm Sienna and I'm aiming to do the cleanse for ten days starting day after tomorrow.

I'm scared for several reasons: 1. I take anti-depressant meds which I can't discontinue. I'm hoping this won't compromise the cleanse. 2. I have a terrible phobia of throwing up and am concerned about the SWF and also the general nausea some people have been reporting. 3. I tried a juice fast many years ago and got a blinding headache within hours, on par with a migraine. I went off the fast. 4. I'm a smoker and am planning on quitting when I begin the cleanse.

I have a friend who is planning to do the cleanse with me, but in case she doesn't continue I thought I'd try to connect here. It's great reading about everyone's experiences. I hope I can make it through! I quit eating meat about three weeks ago to prepare. Thanks in advance.

Hi I am starting the cleanse tomorrow. My past times I could never continue. I always ended up eating candy, or just giving up. I had bad experiences with the swf so I never did it again. Is it really needed?

do not focus on your fears, focus on why you are doing this instead, and on your love for yourself and your body. your heart is a much better friend for you right now than your head...
