Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

Hi all:)

I posted here last week because I did the cleanse for 9 days and felt really amazing mentally. I have to admit, I modified it and didn't follow it to the T. I drank coffee, and had 1 tablespoon of peanutbutter a few times plus I didn't do SWF So I am well aware that I cheated and cannot call it a 100% MC, BUT the bottom line was that I felt amazing mentally and so positive about life in general. It was a new feeling for me.

So given that I cheated, I seemed to only have lost 2 pounds within a 9 days. I was weighing around 137 pounds and weighed 135 at the end. I was disappointed to see the numbers not changing that much even though I was feeling good physically.

So instead of getting mad at myself, I think I have learnt from my mistakes and am going to start the cleanse again tomorrow and go for as long as I can. The one positive thing from the last one, was that I didn't crave any foods except coffee.

Anyone wants to buddy with me? I'm determined not to cheat this 2nd round and want to lose at least 10 pounds.

My CW: 137
My goal weight 125 to 127 range

I started yesterday (which was the 28th here in Australia) and am keen for a buddy! Did you start? Where are you? I got pretty sick (headaches etc), but feeling better now!

I didn't go to sleep last night til 4 am and woke up at noon today which sucks:(
I drank the SWF from an straw and am hanging around the house now. Plan to go for a walk later today.

I really want to lose at least 10 pounds.
