Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

I HOPE I CAN MAKE IT THROUGH THE 10 DAY NEVER DONE ANYTHING LIKE THIS BEFORE

I started Sunday the 28th and so far so good. I'm confused though on the SWF. I keep hearing 2 teaspoons but I've read 2 tablespoons?!?!? I'm thinking its 2 teaspoons and one person said that they only have 4 cups of lemonade a day?? I make an entire gallon and drink it until its gone which is around 7 or 8 at night. Then I have a cup 18 -20oz of water and then my tea and that's it for the night. It's somewhat sweet so I think after this batch tomorrow I might drop the amount of syrup to 1 cup instead of a 1 1/2 cups.

simpstr, the book's recommendation is 2 teaspoons, but it doesn't work for some people (like me). That's why the book also mentioned that we need to experiment on the quantity of salt, needed for the SWF (either to reduce, or add more). In my case, i do use 2 tablespoons as it works for me. Each person's body reacts differently to the SWF, so what may work for u, may not work for someone else. Pls, do try to get a copy of the book so u won't be confuse anymore. Good luck.
