I am 5'4 and weight: 145. I ate so much at thanksgiving. I ate like turkey, yam, potato and even desert. NOw I am so heavy!!!

I am doing the MC starting today and had several glasses of lemonade. My throat hurt a bit and I am hungry!!
How many pounds wil I lose in 20 days? Thanks!! I am hoping to lose 15 pounds.

No one knows. It varies from person to person. But prolly between 11-20 pounds, roughly. Pls, get a copy of the book. The MC main purpose is to cleanse, the weight loss is just a side-effect. So don't get ur hopes up too high if ur main purpose is to lose weight. We don't want u to feel disappointed when u didn't get what ur looking for.

fadqueen I too am 5'4 weigh 131 and generally lose a pound a day on this. Although some days more and others, nothing. But even if you don't lose as much as you want, you will no doubt be happy to lose anything. I did this a number of times last year and the one time lost 9lbs in 7 days. I felt like magic and so the thought of weight, that was initially my driver, was not top of my list as the days went by... although, admittedly, it did keep me going.
