Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

Hey everyone -

Here's to my 30 day end of year cleanse. I'm 6 days behind because I was in Italy for my job so I obviously couldn't master cleanse during that time. Anywhooo, I've started my day off with my SWF and now I'm sipping on my lemonade. Mental clarity, weight loss and focus for the new year are my top priorities for this cleanse! Wish me luck!!!

Water - 1 2.5L

Didn't work out today because the first day is usually my toughest. I'm maxing and relaxing at home watching mindless tv. I hope everyone has a great cleansing day!!

Haven't been for a few days because I had to go out of town again for work, but I'm back!!!!!!!! So my first official day - real day wasw 12/8/2010 and my weight was 176.2. I ate a bunch of junk food in N.Y. on my business trip so now I'm ready to get focused again!

12/9/10 - stats

SWF: no (just drinking the tea morning and night)
LA: 6 cups
Water: 1 liter
Gym: 45 minutes on elliptical machine
SW: 176.2
CW: 173.8
lbs lost: -2.4
total lbs lost: -2.4
Mood: feeling pretty optimistic about the cleanse. No hunger pangs or anything at this point.
