Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

My last cleanse ended on November 10th and I still have tons of energy! This one was only a 7 day cleanse as I had a big reunion I wanted to be able to eat and drink at, but I feel incredible still despite cheating the last three days.
However, I will warn any new cleansers that you'd better exit the cleanse in the three day step process properly or you'll be risking severe 20 minute stomach pains as your gut tries to stretch open and allow the 2 slices of pizza you just ate! :/
I did exit properly for a day and a half, but that wasn't enough to save me. At least it was only excruciating pain for 20 minutes and then went completely away as my stomach expanded.
