Last time i was here, was last year. Its been a long time sence i last cleansed. I am looking for friends to have support with. I am starting at 235 pounds. I am looking to cleanse for a ten days, but hoping to go for forty. I have cleansed in the past and i am looking forward to the bennifits. I am going to log in every day and post about my days tika

Freak, as you know, you came to the right place to find like minded friends. I love people that are going for the 40 days before lent. I was hoping to get through 10 now and maybe attempt the 40 at lent. However, I'm already on day 14 and going strong.

Hello!! TODAY I started as well and I'm also looking for a firnd because it is impossible to do it on my own, as i am not supported at all by my family, and they constantly call me fat fat fat ! i am 5'9 and my current weight is 217

ughh i plan to complete 10 days, and then keep going until maybe up to 21 or evern 40

today was my first day and i went to the gym and lifted some weights and did 50 minutes cardio, i hope i can keep this going for the full master cleanse

I'm starting today. It's my first time and I really hope I can make it. Im doing it to cleanse , but won't mind loosing weight. I will also log my progress. Day one starting weight 158.9. Stomach pain less when I dOnt eat. I suspect pancreas not working correctly. Been dealing with stomach pains for 2 months. Digestion issues for 2 years.

just thought i'd share with you guys that tonight was been soo extremely hard.. i want to eat so much! im not hungry but i want food! but i have not and will not !! this is what makes the difference between this master cleanse and all the other ones ive started. so my weight today was 214 lbs!! 3 lbs in 1 day!! so excited!! i hope all days are as successful as today

Starting day two, lost 3.7 lb day one. Feel pretty good, some small head aches but overall hanging In there easier that I though. weight today 154.2! Stomach pain almost gone
