Hi Everyone! I'm starting my 3rd Master Cleanse, and hoping to go until March 1. I keep meaning to start and then caving a eating, so I'm hoping that using the forum can be a motivational tool. I've completed 2 10 day cleanses before, just having trouble pulling the trigger on number 3. However, I would like to lose about 15 pounds. I'm not overweight, probably weigh about 145 (not going to weigh myself as it seems a bit depressing right now!). However, I like to weigh around 135 and would love to be even less. I'd love to hear from other cleansers! I work at a food magazine where I'm around a kitchen all day, so motivation is needed! I am training for my second marathon, but only in the very beginning stages, so I just run 4 miles or so 4 times a week. I also like to practice hot power yoga as my schedule allows. My work is very hectic but I'm hoping to make time to read the boards during the day and post in the evenings. So shout out if you'd like to share support on our journeys! -Kate
