Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

I want to list the great things that occured due to my master cleanse.

I did a 10 day master cleanse and the positive results were:

soft skin with no excess oil; I love the feel of my face

lots of energy and I actually did more work at home and at work on this cleanse because I did not tire easily

I liked the extra time I had to focus on other things besides eating. I knew what I was having every day. So I cooked neat things for the family.

Sleep seemed deep and I felt rested the next day. I did not sleep a long time though; it could be that I did not need the sleep.

I lost 7 pounds; even though that is not much to lose, I did lose some belly fat. I have been trying to do that for awhile to no avail.

My disposition was not as grouchy as I usually am at the end of the day. I looked forward to my smooth move tea because I new I had made another day.

Body odor is minimal which is definately a plus in a hot humid climate that I live in.

I feel more mentally alert.

These things made such a difference in my life. I also enjoyed this forum and hope to encourage others in their quest.

Congrats!! I literally just started the cleanse 10 minutes ago (well, four days ago if you count pre-cleanse dieting), and I'm nervous as hell! It's nice to read success stories.
