lower back pain?

IM ON MY 5TH DAY AND I HAVE A HORRIBLE LOWER BACK PAIN THAT COMES AND GOES BUT ITS WORST AT NITE ANY BODY WITH THE SAME PROBLEM?????

Hi Raque,
You may have a bladder infection, it caused me years of back pain. I also had kidney stones till they passed, finally

((( ouch!!
I now drink 1/3 cup cranberry juice, unsweetened, diluted in water every morning and have no bladder kidney problems.

if the pain is still there post cleanse look into atlas-profilax.

i had it done and my back pain went away. it's pretty much a fancy massage on your neck/head concentrating on the atlas (first vertabrae under the skull).
almost everyone has a shifted atlas, we are born that way.

Also strengthening your abs. Doing ab exercises helps lower back pain (its what I did in physical therapy) and it helped a lot

. Also, try to keep reminding yourself to hold your stomach in. While you hold your abs in you are strengthening your core muscles and it may hurt more at first but over time it will reduce the pain.
