Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

I would like to thank this forum for its existence!! I've been here reading and browsing the posts to help me with the master cleanse. I started the cleanse on 2/28/11 and i and i've lost 25lbs I feel great, energized, and mentally alert. The one thing that i did was to use 1 tbl spoon of syrup and every night i watched the man vs.food challenges and etc.. for some reason that helped me.. thanks again to this forum

Well done fame! I love hearing the success stories.....keeps me geared up! I, too, did the cleanse 8 yrs ago, with success of 20lbs in 13 days on my first go......never forgot it, and in need of serious weight loss NOW! I sincerely hope I'm as successful, if not more (planning to stay on it for 30 days this time!) this go 'round!
