Hello all!

My daughters and I are beginning the cleanse today........and I must say, I am very excited! I completed 13 days of the cleanse back in 2003, and I lost 20lbs! I was very strict, but didn't do the salt flush daily. I'm wondering now, years later and with high BP, if it's safe to do the salt flush?? Considering leaving it, but I know it's important to the cleanse. HELP!

As per the book you can always substitue the SWF for another cup of the lax tea in the morning.

I retain water and I like this option better.

Does the cleanse not balance the water issue as the book says ?

One of the benefits of MC is lowered blood pressure, so you should be fine. I actually read that you can pass out from standing up real fast because of the low blood pressure.
