Hello MC followers.....
I started this diet on 4/25 at 166.4lbs. Today is 4/27 and I have already lost 5lbs
My goal within these 28 days is to lose around 25-30 lbs(crossing fingures). I know the weight is about to start going off slower in a couple days..... so after this week I should be good with at least 5 lbs a week. This is the 3rd day and i have not felt any hunger pains.
I did try this diet last year....but gave up after like the 6th 7th day because I felt dizzy.....come to find out I should not have been doing any major exercising. I will keep you posted with my journey....Wish me LUCK!!!!!
