Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

Afternoon all,

As you can see I've been a member since September 2009. So much has happened since then that has stopped me from attempting the mastercleanse. I have been pregnant, battled post natal depression and now my gorgeous twins are 10months old I feel I am ready to do this again.

I am sure anyone juggling young kids ( 3 under the ages of 3), a husband, a dog and full time employment will understand what challenges I face. There are a couple of reasons why I am doing this. I feel completely out of control with anything I do and desperately need to do something for ME. I prepare healthy food for me and the family but my problems are portion control. My portions are the same size as those of my husband who is 6 '5' and built like a brick poo house. Go figure!! Since I have been back at work I now have 'wine o'clock' every evening. One glass leads to two or three after the kids have gone to bed. My skin is terrible, the list goes on.
I am hoping that if I can accomplish this cleanse then some things in my life will fall into place. I know its not a diet but the pounds coming off will be very welcome. I am hoping to complete 10 days starting tommorrow.

So day one begins tommorrow Wedensday 1st June. (Just in case you were wondering I live just outside Cambridge in the UK).

Forgive the rambling, i believe if i write things down then I have accountability and hopefully will feel obligated not to let anyone reading this down. I need your support and kind words good people. Best of luck to anyone currently on the cleanse. My stats are:

CW - 187 pounds
GW - 150 pounds
Height 5'7
Mood - desperate
