CaliGirl's 3rd Cleanse

Tomorrow I start my third cleanse! My first cleanse was quite successful, but my second cleanse derailed quickly after finding out about the unexpected death of a friend. I was so devastated it was impossible for me to continue.

Here I am about 20 pounds lighter than my last cleanse. I got as high as 210 and now I am wavering between 175-185. I got a handle on my sugar cravings but they are back with a vengeance. I've got about 40 more pounds to lose and I won't get there eating cookies and candy each day, so here I am to reset my system.

As before, I will not do the SWF but two smooth move teas due to my salt sensitivities. I am very excited to start tomorrow!
