Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

I have known about the Master Cleanse for a long time now. I actually own the little yellow book, but this is the first time that I have, in complete seriousness and determination, decided to begin and finish the cleanse. There are a number of reasons that have brought me to this point. The first and foremost reason is my health. Back in March of this year I did the HCG diet, and lost some weight, but I've suffered from hair loss and severe stomach problems, such as pain, cramping, and diarrhea, ever since I took the homeopathic hCG drops. I think it messed up my system somhow, and now I'm really looking for a way to get back on track. I have a lot of faith in this cleanse and I'm hoping that it will help to heal my body. I still need to lose some weight, but that's not even near the top of my priority list right now. My focus is on detoxifying, cleansing, and healing. I plan on trying to ease into a mostly raw diet following this cleanse. I will not deny myself an occasional cooked meal, because I don't want to sabotage myself, but I do want to really work on becoming healthier. I have two wonderful children and I want to teach them by example what it means to eat and live healthy lives. So that's my story, and I am looking forward to this cleansing process to see if I begin to feel better. My goal right now is to begin tomorrow and to cleanse through July 31st. That would be 19 days on the MC. We'll see how it goes. The only tough part will be dealing with my sixth wedding anniversary which is coming up next week. I guess we could always do something that doesn't include our usual anniversary dinner. Not sure what hubby will think about that though. Oh, well, I guess I'll cross that bridge when I come to it. I just really want to do this for myself. I've been feeling really lousy now for quite awhile, and this stomach pain and diarrhea nonsense is starting to worry me a little. I'm not sure if I should even do the lax tea because of the frequent bowel movements that I'm already having. Seriously, I have to run for the bathroom at least five or six times a day. Does anyone have any advice? Should I just skip the SWF and the laxative tea right now until I see what happens?
