Hey everyone! So, I'm starting the Master Cleanse tomorrow, and I plan on updating on this forum everyday, to let you know my success, and to motivate those who are also starting with me! I plan on doing the cleanse fo 14 days, and hopefully I'll lose 25-30 pounds on this cleanse. This is my first time, so I'm a little nervous but also very excited for a new beginning! I do everything I really shouldn't be doing, I eat junk food (a lot...), I smoke cigarettes, and I drink alcohol (not everyday, just weekends...) and now I'm ready to get rid of all these nasty toxins in my body and hopefully quit some bad habits as well. I work super long hours (on an average day I work 16 hour shifts -- I'm a nurse) so I know this cleanse will be challenging but my will power is pretty strong so I'm not too worried about that, I'm just worried about the lack of energy for the first few days. Anyway, I'm not going to make this super long, but I'll drink my tea tonight, and start my journey tomorrow! I'll keep everyone updated!  Thanks for taking your time out to read this!
