One thing I would like to stress to people new to MC is to try to continue the habit of eating six small meals a day! Yes a lot of people use MC for weight loss, but your body does run more efficiently when you eat many smaller meals in the day aside from weight loss. Over the years I think when I started MC I was in the high 160s. Now I hover around 145 (even less than when I ended my last MC in April). A lot of that I would attribute to falling into the good habit of many small meals a day. I feel more energized too! Remember, this isn't a quick fix but take good habits from it to live a happier healthier life.

I was agreeing to what your saying I im not 100% on the lemonade diet im drinking water though out my 8/10 days shifts at work. (dont like the drink at all) Im walking 2/3 times a week and im looking to start walking at work as well around the buliding during my lunch period as well all i do is sit with people in a break room during that period and I get home late on the days i work also i only eat 1 meal a day dinner on top of that nothing else ... wish me luck and good luck to you

Um.. I think you missed the point. I mean six to eat six small meals a day once the fast is done, because with the fast you are putting yourself into the habit of eating six to eight times a day, which is very useful to continue once you stop fasting and start eating, smaller meals and snacks.
