:) It is that time again and I am back starting a new cleanse. 18 days is a strange number but since my daughter has her first birthday at the end of the month I can't do the cleanse for 40 days which I would have preferred. I will need a few days to do the orange juice before the party starts.

Just drank the smooth move tea and it tastes as gross as I remember it to taste :( but I am excited :P . I had some CPK to enjoy my last day of food.

This time around I am doing the cleanse because I feel tired and my skin has been acting up so I hope this cleanse will clean my entire system out and make me feel refreshed and alert! Having a baby does a lot to a woman's body and this cleanse is just what I need.

Hope all is well with everyone and I look forward to reading your posts for motivation! Happy cleansing:-)

How did day one go for you? I'm on Day 8... I'm attempting to go for 40. A defintie 10 and then keep setting my goal further and further with 40 days being the ultimate.

Look forward to hearing how things are going with you.

Today is my first day. I almost gave up thinking there is no way i can not eat! but then i read your post from 2009 and i told myself i can do it!! The only issue i have is with the cayenne pepper...man i dont like spicy stuff and im not sure if i can handle it. Im sure it will be ok to cut some of the pepper out right?
