I started a cleanse this time last year...I can't believe my diary is still on the second page! I guess a lot of people are not doing the MC. Anyway, gained most of my weight after a bit of careless eating. So I'm back. I have tried doing it on my own but not much success. So I guess I need some buddies. I'm happy about doing this cleanse because I really learnt a lot of lessons on how to adjust to normal eating after cleasing. It took me a while to get it after I stopped. So this time I will be prepared to get off the cleanse. Like I did last year, I did about 4 10-day cleanses before I reached my goal weight. Since I'm not as heavy as I was last year, I think I will need 2.5 sessions with mini breaks. I will just see what my body tells me. My mini breaks consist of eating whatever I want until my my taste buds no longer craves them. I don't deprive myself. My appetite just surpresses on its own after being on 2 or 3 cleanses. I just hope I get back to where I want to be, in Jesus Name, Amen.
