Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

I started a cleanse this time last year...I can't believe my diary is still on the second page! I guess a lot of people are not doing the MC. Anyway, gained most of my weight after a bit of careless eating. So I'm back. I have tried doing it on my own but not much success. So I guess I need some buddies. I'm happy about doing this cleanse because I really learnt a lot of lessons on how to adjust to normal eating after cleasing. It took me a while to get it after I stopped. So this time I will be prepared to get off the cleanse. Like I did last year, I did about 4 10-day cleanses before I reached my goal weight. Since I'm not as heavy as I was last year, I think I will need 2.5 sessions with mini breaks. I will just see what my body tells me. My mini breaks consist of eating whatever I want until my my taste buds no longer craves them. I don't deprive myself. My appetite just surpresses on its own after being on 2 or 3 cleanses. I just hope I get back to where I want to be, in Jesus Name, Amen.

BahiyaQueen, you just tempted me to lose 10 more pounds so I set my goal from 155 to 145

I think 148 is more realistic...so I would have lost exactly 40 pounds.

best of luck on your cleanse. Sounds like you know what to do and got a good system down. I might try for a second 10 day cleanse when I get back on my vacation. We shall see as I hope to keep my weight down while away too and if so, I will have hit my goal maybe or close. Got 10 more pounds to go and 11 more does on MC....

Did you lose weight on the ease out? I noticed some people do who stick with the OJ only...that's my goal.

Thanks cristy for posting. Nice to have a vacation this time of the year. God knows I need one. Yes, I do lose weight after doing the cleanse. I think it's because your system just recharged. But I don't do the orange juice ease out. I move directly to soup. My body always craves soup immediately after the cleanse. I can have one bowl of chicken soup for the whole day.

Phase1: Day 8 - Was really bad. I could only take in 6 drinks. I was fed up and there was a piece of KFC chicken in my fridge that was always staring at me each time I opened the fridge to get some water for my lemon drink. Even when the fridge was closed, it was playing mind games with me. I thought of cheating. I did so during my first cleanse, but I wanted to go through this second cleanse without cheating. I always wonder how people can go longer than 10 days. 40 days is CRAZY to me. My body cannot take anything more than 10. Maybe because even when I weigh around 170s, I am quite slim (I am 6 feet tall). Anyway, this is a first time in a long time I am looking forward to Monday. ...By the way, this time I think I will do a better job of maintaining my weight. I don't want to come back here for a while after this whole cleansing thing is over.

Thanks Amii. The first 10 days is always is the hardest. After a mini break, and coming back, it's becomes so easy.

Back on 1st mini break: I took a lot of days off....I had too. All the office christmas luncheon and celebrations was this past week. Even though I was ready to get back on the cleanse after 2 days off, I couldn't. Anyway, gained back most of the weight. I'm not worried about it. I just hope I find it very easy the second time around and I have energy to start working out.

Ok, so I decided to resume the diet after the X-mas celebrations. I thought I would be to do it during x-mas, but I doubt it with all the celebrations. So see you guys in the new year. I am sure the boards will be packed.
